With a background as outside counsel for a diverse set of businesses, and extensive experience with intellectual property and employment matters, David created a firm that caters specifically to the unique needs of businesses, creatives, and employees.
David devotes a significant portion of his practice to advising companies in an outside general counsel capacity. His corporate clients have operated in many industries, such as software, gaming, medical services, health & wellness, hospitality, cannabis, micro-mobility, content creation, and more.
